refactor(biz): 重构热词与提示词模块并清理文档

主要变更：
1. 扩展热词组与提示词模板的实体及DTO/VO字段
2. 完善前后端相关接口、页面逻辑及国际化配置
3. 调整后端日志配置
4. 移除废弃的 AGENTS.md 设计文档
